How do I calculate my BMI?
If using pounds and inches: [Weight (lbs) / Height (inches)²] x 703 = BMI
If using centimetres and kilograms: Weight (kg) / Height (m)² = BMI

BMI or Body Mass Index is a measure of your weight in relation to height. The method is a fast and relatively reliable method of putting you in the appropriate category that may be used for assessing the risk of falling victim to lifestyle diseases due to belonging to one of the following categories:
Underweight: BMI lower than 18.5
Normal weight: BMI between 18.5 and 25
Overweight: BMI between 25.0 and 30
Obese: BMI between 30.0 and 40
Morbidly obese: BMI above 40
The higher the BMI score, the higher chance of someone having high levels of fat, again tightly knitted to lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and coronary issues
